Sinoars PT capacitor discharge threaded stud are designed to be welded to thin metal material by tip ignition process. It has flange that can produce a grater weld strength than the thread area.
Materials: PT studs are available in low carbon steel 4.8 coppered plated, stainless steel SUS304 A2-50 and SS316L A2-70, pure aluminium, aluminnium magnesium alloy.
Threads: All Sinoars PT studs meet the accuracy of 6G.
Sinoars PT studs according to standard of ISO 13918.
