Sinoars RD threaded studs have a reduced base α, to make the weld collar diameter similar to the thread diameter, which allows the use of smaller holes, the weld strength is determined by the reduced base but not the thread area.
Materials: RD studs are available in low carbon steel 4.8, stainless steel SUS304 A2-50 and SS316L A2-70. Otherr material are available upon request.
Threads: All Sinoars RD studs meet the accuracy of 6G.
Flux: All Sinoars RD studs grater than dia. 6mm have a aluminium flux.
